Our experience was very positive. Last spring we were in Bakersfield and contacted CAT for exhaust repair; they referred us to Freightliner in Bakersfield. Freightliner could not gret us in for 2 weeks, so they referred us to TEC Services, a custom speed shop PLUS+ and they got us in the next day. Long story short, they fabricated parts needed and problem solved...not to be seen or heard again...Treated very well by a local business. Wherever you may be try local reference from local rv dealer. Good luck.

Who is Gaffney?

Have you called Freightliner Gaffney with your chassis VIN? When we went through the factory, I recall complete exhaust systems coming off the chassis assembly line.
