A year ago we downsized from a Class A with a full wall slide to a 24 ft B+. We are very happy with our decision. Ours has a murphy bed and a full bathroom across the back. There is lots of walking around room and we have all the amenities. There is plenty of inside and outside storage - in fact after using it for 150 nights in 8 months, we still have some empty cupboards and drawers.
The only downside - which does not affect us, is both people need the same sleep patterns. You can either sit in the lounge area with table or go to bed - not both as the murphy bed with a full queen residential mattress, comes down over the lounge area at night.
Tank capacities are also very good. We do a lot of traveling but did sit in one spot for a month last winter - no problem for us.
Being able to pull into gas stations, restaurant parking lots, etc. is so easy now compared to the A with a toad. Driving is less stressful as well which is a big factor as one gets older.
