someone told us .. the rv guy.. if our mh is winterized we can use the holding tanks if we put in windshield washer fluid??

You should probably use RV Antifreeze. Pour some into the tank after you empty them to assure the liquid gets to the drain valve full strength. Others may have input on how much to use.
