someone told us .. the rv guy.. if our mh is winterized we can use the holding tanks if we put in windshield washer fluid??

Yes, you can use windsheild washer antifreeze in the toilet--but it is more environmentally friendly to use plumbing antifreeze.
If the tanks are heated--then you don't need to use anything.
