As others have stated, please do not use windshield washer fluid. For just a little more use the product that's designed for this - RV antifreeze. it's non poisonous, and eco and septic friendly.
I have never put RV antifreeze or any other antifreeze in my fresh water tank. I have always had or put on a winterizing fitting so I could draw antifreeze directly from the jug.
