Some simple tests are in order.
Remove the hoses from the nozzles; run the washer. If water comes out the hoses, your nozzles are plugged up.
If it doesn't, then there is a fault farther back down the hose OR the pump is bad OR the pump isn't getting power.
Find the pump. Remove the output hose. Run the washer and check for output.
If none, check for power at the pump.
If none, check the fuse and wiring.
If the pump has power but no output, then the pump is bad or the input is plugged.
