. . yes, each side had an "idler" arm that keeps the blade at the same angle. I think champion put the body on the chassis. heres one pic of the starboard side which still works, and the motor from the port side, which suffered from the removal. theres a five wire harness connecting things. the installation looks somewhat lashed together.

Got a picture of them? They are probably NOT standard and they are most likely NOT a Chevy part.
Is it a pantograph style wiper with 2 arms for each side?
