Short answer: YES.
Long answer: Two ways to add water to the black tank
1: use the tank flusher if one is installed on your RV
2: With the water pump OFF, simply hold the hose over the toilet while holding the flush valve open.. If you use this method after dumping and rinsing the tank for the winter, you will need to add some more pink to the toilet, add a pint to the black tank too. (Same path) .
