I have also winterized several times during a winter season.
I never put antifreeze in my freshwater tank.
I put a big plastic container that holds 12-15gals of water in my belly pan, and another 5 gal bucket which I pour the antifreeze into.
2 way valve that feeds the water pump.
Turn it one way, you get fresh water. Turn it the other way, you get antifreeze.
When we use the system, we usually only use 1 or 2 lines...so easy to turn the valve, open those faucets, and re-winterize them.

p.s. I never use my icemaker, so that line just stays disconnected from the shutoff valve. I open that valve as part of my winterizing to make sure it has pink stuff coming out, then forget about it.
p.s.s. We use this method when winter camping. We go to the camper on Friday afternoons, leave Sunday night. We flush, wash dishes, etc...then just re-winterize when we leave.
