Wiper blade replacement
I read somewhere a while back that instead of paying $30-40 each for wiper blade replacements that NAPA can replace just the rubber part on the existing hardware. Is this true?

I wouldn't trust it...why not use frameless blades, they work better and cost around 25 bucks for a 28 inch blade.
