I would be careful on this one. The tenants have rights and in California you may have to tow it with them still in it. :B
If a person illegally moves onto your property, has no lease, has no kind of verbal rental agreement and pays no rent, are they considered to be tenants in California? They're not in Tennessee. We call them trespassers and have them arrested. - Campfire_TimeExplorerStrange ad. It is probably full of trash and likely the homeless people that were living in it used drugs. You will need to remove the trash and pay to dispose of it responsibly (please do not illegally dump the trash on private or public property). Use your common sense and judgement if you decide to go into the RV as there might be homeless people doing drugs. If you decide to take the RV, I will have the police meet you and the tow company to remove any people from the RV.
Those statements say "stay away". This guy is trying to get the thing off his property and pass any responsibly to someone else, most likely at the advice of legal counsel. Can you say "teflon"? He says "The RV does not run.". How does he know this but not know if anyone is living inside? - MrWizardModeratorThe CL poster
Would be better off calling the local pick your part
And have them come get it, give them the junk vehicle title
He probably tried that and they didn't want it - MfanExplorerI wouldn't touch it. What if it was a meth lab? That's considered hazardous material now. No keys, won't start, but hasn't been in it, no thanks

- rgatijnet1Explorer IIILink to RV
It looks better than some I have seen. I think it is salvageable for a talented mechanic with deep pockets.
