If it were my dealership, you never would have been charged "on your bill" to air up the tires. Not that you would have gotten it for free but since you had other work being done, I would have buried the cost to air up your tires in some other service item, such as an extra 10 minutes labor, etc.
To list it separately, like they did, causes online complaints just like this. :B
Amen, brother! In my business, if I added a line item charge for every extra thing that my customers made me do, I wouldn't have any customers left. It is much easier to absorb those costs into other existing line items.
