Allows you to have a toilet without the need for a black tank. If the chassis layout allowed room for a larger black tank that would be the way to go IMO. If not, then a cassette toilet is preferable to none. We had one in the pop-up years ago and the cassette comes out like a mini portable black tank that you take up to the dump station.
