We use a Porta Potty in the smart car tent trailer. I had some of the same trepidations using one before we got it but after using it a few times I find it quite convenient as there is no requirement to have a dump facility. Any toilet will do. We generally use campground facilites but midnight pee breaks are a little more convenient this way.
