Just read about ging to the wrong pump in Arizona at truck stops. If you have 3 axels or over 26,000 lbs rig and your diesel. Fine is 1000 dollars if you use the car pumps. Did you big guys already ...

Are you going to call the number listed on the bottom of the sticker?? If so, please post your findings here. That said, you'll most likely get the same guy I talked to last week. He's a supervisor. Don't count me in the non-believers. I'm convinced you found somebody that told you that, but I'm also convinced they are reading their own laws wrong. At least that guy was. Didn't somebody else post on here that they talked to a different person in a different agency who said RV's were excluded?
I guess you could call the department of Arizona State Parks and try to find someone, however, it seems clear to me that they give a phone number to call with questions on their published information. That would be the place to go and likely the only place that can give a definitive answer. However, it seems some here are convinced that they know better than the State of Arizona how to interpret the State's laws and they don't even live there. Too funny.
