Yeah, I'm a Roadtrek owner and I was on both the Yahoo and Facebook groups. I'm no longer on either one. It seemed to me both groups were more interested in cheerleading for Roadtrek than in dealing with real-world problems that people have with these units. I'm not knocking Roadtrek - it is a great product, but like all products there are problems.
Of the two I found the Facebook group the most controlling because it is more or less moderated by Roadtrek itself. They seemed to want to suppress any postings about problems people were having with their units or with the warranty process and what it really covers.
