It has probably already been covered here, but I thought I'd share my results. My 06 Ford Four Winds class C mirrors have been progressively getting worse due to sun and weather exposure.An easy fix if it bugs you like it did me. Krylon Fusion plastic paint, some painter's tape, and a fine grit sanding sponge.I am happy now.

Easier fix isto contact Velvac,they replaced my mirrors at no cost. They had a problem with their paints for quite awhile. Give them a call,you might get a new set.

I have the same mirrors, not yellowed yet, but expect that to happen. Will use the Krylon paint at that point, that looks like new.

Mine's a 2000 and they replaced them. Give it a try.

It's just one allen head set screw keeping the mirror on the arm. Much easier than having to tape and cover the cab and arm for over spray protection.

well all I did was call the company that made the mirrors, they really nice, no charge and no return.

I did not go through my dealer.

Had the same problem on a 2003 Jayco, went back to dealer, they did not see a problem. Only time MH sets out is on trips. Will try painting. Dealer has been good to me on other issues, Will not push the mirror issue.

Not in the least. One allen head set screw unloosened, and the whole thing pops right out.
In fact, if you look closely at the "before" pic I posted, you can see the only tool I used hanging off the mirror.

Mine is an '06 Grayhawk and they replaced mine at no charge.

Hmmmmm, I have the same mirrors on my Winnebago and even though it's kept in garage most of the year mine have turned that odd shade of yellow too. It never occurred to me to paint them. Now I'm going to. Thanks for the thread.
