Your thoughts on a 2013 Newmar Dutch Star 4318

I saw a 2013 Dutch Star 4318 the other day and could not have been more impressed. I loved the floor plan with the front living area with the TV and fireplace perfectly located for the entire seating...

I've been looking at a new Newmar Ventana LE 40 footer and quite by accident saw the 2013 4318. I thought if I could design a coach for me the 4318 would be it! I've planned on buying new but this has given me some pause!
