Anyone have a Nuwave cooktop & do you like it
Trying to decide if it is worth the money, or would a regular hotplate work just as well.

I have a Max Burton 6200 and love it. Only downfall was most of my cookware wasn't induction ready(magnet wouldn't stick to the bottom), soooo... do most of my cooking with my cast iron pans and dutch ovens. Takes a bit to get use to, because it heats up so fast, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. The thing I liked about the Max Burton is the high power setting is 1800 and the PIC and most others only go to 1500. One word of caution: While cooking on the induction cooktop, don't have any other appliance on the same circuit turned on. The Max will draw 15 amps on high!
