Saw the infomercial tonight while at work. They are selling them for $99.99. You get two of them, plus some pots, pans, steamer, fondue, etc. Of course there is additional shipping on the extras. Shipping is $30. For each cooktop and for the pots and pans. So you are paying another $90 in just shipping. When you go to their website, they start trying to sell you a lot more items for it. Including "better" versions of the cooktop. You could end up spending easily $500-1000 if you got sucked in. The infomercial says not sold in stores, but as others mentioned, you can buy it at Bed, Bath and Beyond. You just can't buy the package you see on tv from the stores. But the NuWave2 is at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $99.99. You do get a 9" ceramic fry pan free with it too. If you use the 20% coupon, then you are getting for $20 less.
We bought a single hotplate to use with the RV to save on propane. I think I paid either $10 or $20 for it and can use any pot and pan with it.
