Coleman Roadtrip
DW just got me one for my birthday. I haven't opened it yet. How do those of you using them like them? It looks like it'll be kind of easy to fall over in a campsite. It seems to have good reviews...

We have the older one like the picture RoyB posted. We mostly keep the legs folded and use it on the picnic table. We use it for all our cooking. Before a trip I line the water pan with foil and at the end of the trip I take out the foil and throw it away.
I removed the regulator and use a long hose to connect to the low pressure quick connect on my trailer. I think the newer ones have a different regulator setup so it may not be as simple with the new units.
For breakfast I love being able to do toast on the grill side and eggs and sausage on the griddle side.
