Electric cooler vs rv fridge

It seems everyone is making space for electric coolers and making them easier to use with sliding shelves. Are they that much better then rv fridges https://under-the-open-sky.com/best-wheeled-coolers/ that wouldn't require a special shelf?

    Electric cooler will only maintain a temperature 40* below the ambient temperature outside the cooler.
    80* outside, 40* inside
    100* outside, 60* inside

    Not a good choice IMO.

    I've not seen anyone on the forum talking about replacing their RV refrigerator with an electric cooler.
    Most change to electric residential refrigerators.

    I don't know what you mean by sliding shelves?

    Will this post turn into an advertisement for electric coolers?
