Whole Foods had a sale today on fresh organic Driscoll blueberries. $1.99 for a pint. I bought a case and a half. I'm freezing on sheets and transferring to bags for most of them. I love them in smoothies. I also love blueberry scones. I've got a great Amish fruit cobbler recipe, too. One that calls for layering fruit, flour mixture, and pouring boiling water over and baking. Then there's always blueberry pie.What's your favorite thing to do with blueberries?

They have great organic raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries, and ice cream made from each. It's magnificent!

Add them to Ice Cream, Plain Yogurt, Pan Cakes, Hot Oatmeal, Muffins, Salad, Cereal & Waffles.

Put them in a cake pan add lots of sugar and pour a white cake mix over top. Serve warm with half and half cream. Yum

Good call, Ron -- that is Mt. Shuksan, and it was the fall, and they were a little fermented. We warned ourselves not to eat too many at one time, but we did not listen to the warning.

In Thailand a couple of months ago we had durian over sticky rice with with coconut milk and also durian ice cream. It was great, although there were signs in our hotel lobby not to bring it into your room. They say that "It smells like h***, but tastes like heaven".

I eat a lot of them, frozen, dried, fresh, in yogurt parfaits or in my oatmeal. The only baked goods we use them in is lemon/blueberry quick bread.
