Fiesta chicken for two using small-size crockpot

I have one of These. It doesn't take up much space, the base can be used for grilled cheese, the container can be used on a stove top for browning and then moved to the base for slow cooking, and leftovers can be stored in the fridge in the container. Nice for an RV when space is at a premium. And unlike a couple of crock pots I've owned, the container doesn't crack.
