Seafood Foil Packets
Since I've rarely been able to follow a recipe to the letter I'd add kale to the NE Clambake version for a "one pot" dish that nods its' head to the influence of the Portuguese of New England. A little sweet smoked paprika prolly wouldn't hurt either.
