"Before a trip I line the drip pan with foil. When I get home I take out the foil and cold grease and throw it away."
That's what we do with ours. We line it all (except for the burners and grilling grates of course). For the cooking grates I use a Rubbermaid type of flat container (like the one that slide under beds). I fill it with water and some dish soap and let the grates soak over night. Next morning all it takes is hosing off and a little brushing. We have had our Roadtrip for two years now and it looks brand new!
