LOL, I break a can opener about every 3rd time I use it. I bought so many that finally hubby noticed and got in on the selection process. Calphalon makes a rubber handled but otherwise all metal can opener. Looks like an old fashioned one. I've had this one for six months. I think I can recommend it to you.
