I use the KitchenAid grinder attachment with very good results. If anyone wants to try another, 'burger'-we are leaving Sunday for the first trip of the season. I will be making big portabella mushrooms on charcoal. Marinate them, grill them, serve them on a toasted bun with avocado/lettuce/tomato. Delicious, easy, and no worry about e.coli!
