The older I've gotten, the smarter I've become. I just won't eat fish from restaurants or stores. The only fish I can halfway enjoy is fish I've caught fresh and handled correctly.
Now, I'm with ya on that. But living in Tucson, AZ kinda limits my available fish to caatch. Well, without driving for some time. I love crappy, bluegill, bass, catfish, but not trout.
I did get some wahoo at Sprouts, and pan fried it in a plow disk. Man, it was good. I can deal with white fite, but not any oily "fishy" tasting fish. I know, I'm off kilter a bit....I admit
