The older I've gotten, the smarter I've become. I just won't eat fish from restaurants or stores. The only fish I can halfway enjoy is fish I've caught fresh and handled correctly.

Now, I'm with ya on that. But living in Tucson, AZ kinda limits my available fish to caatch. Well, without driving for some time. I love crappy, bluegill, bass, catfish, but not trout.

I did get some wahoo at Sprouts, and pan fried it in a plow disk. Man, it was good. I can deal with white fite, but not any oily "fishy" tasting fish. I know, I'm off kilter a bit....I admit

We make a spread of sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill weed to add to left over grilled BBQ salmon. Add a few rings of red onion, and life is good.

My dogs love Cosco salmon burgers. Of course they love a tasty gopher also.

We used to eat a lot of Tuna in different recipes but it just doesn't taste the same since they took the Dolphin out.

No no no! Cat food was lights(aka lungs), onions and carrots cooked by my Nana. Which my older sister unwittingly snuck a tablespoon of as it simmered on the stove. Don't think she ever sampled a pot again w/o asking what was in it:D.
