Speaking of Dinty Moore, how about mixing it with a drained can of Veg-All, flavoured with a bit of catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Top w/ instant mashed potatoes, top w/ Kraft's cheese in a can and bake in your oven or via indirect heat on a grill.

Tuna fish casserole topped with canned fried onions or chicken a la king constructed of canned veggies, canned chicken and Bisquick.

Makes for good eating during the Zombie Apocalypse:W.

I haven't seen catsup mentioned in a long time.... much better than its condiment cousin, ketchup....

I like Swanson's Chicken Ala King over wide noodles or rice for non- refrigeration food. I also stock up with canned chili & Beans and soup.

Your grocery store is amazing place to wander Tuna in the foil packs and those rice meals in foil packs are also a great idea. I like the Spanish rice. Also google backpacking or camping meals and you get some great ideas

Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, cheese & crackers, apples, oranges, trail mix, tuna sandwiches, all kinds of vegetables from a can, pudding cups, applesauce cups, just walk down the aisle of the store & you can find tons of things.

I recently purchased powdered cream (which I've used before and love it), powdered sour cream, powdered eggs, and powdered cream cheese.

Those last 3 I haven't tried yet. I've put some powdered sour cream in a meal I dehydrated a couple of weeks ago. Haven't rehydrated it yet...

I don't use much in the way of canned goods any more but always keep beans and vacuum packed corn on hand.

Since this is a no refrigerator meal substitute jarred mayo or salad dressing for sour cream. Adding a touch of sirrachi to the mayo gives a nice bit of heat if you like it.
No eggs? Use 1 cup of flour sifted w/ a tsp of baking powder and that mixture will function as a binder. Or just open up a can of cream of celery or mushroom and add a TB or 2 to make the the fritters bind. Just be sure not to add additional salt since the cream of whatever canned goods has a lot.

Always good to keep powdered milk in the pantry for making batters, cakes and such.

Heck, when my daughter was in elementary school, she INSISTED on eating ramen noodles Raw.....She's now 19 years old and STILL eats them raw.......LOL!
