I appreciate hearing the results. I use my slow cooker for soups quite often, but this would work well.
Now that I've taken it on a first road trip, I look at the NuWave as an additional handy tool well suited for the RV due to light weight, small size, carrying case, temp control, and usefulness outside or in,( unlike my propane built-in cooktop.) We do camp often with electric hookups.
I'll keep taking both this and my little crock. Tuesday I made the spaghetti sauce in the little crock (used disposable liner for easy cleanup) and cooked the pasta outside with the NuWave.
Just another tool in the old arsenal.
