- rexlionExplorerPost a recipe, crash 3 jets... all in a day's work. :D
I don't get it, if you are going to have to stir the mixture, why bother with the crock pot? Just cook on the stove and get the stirring over with in a few minutes. JMO. - 2oldmanExplorer II

Oh, well- that explains it.
Haha.. good one. My excuse is that I was chatting with someone at the same time.

2 quarts milk (I use evaporated)
1 - 1/3 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup pearl tapioca
Put in cp (crock pot), stir well. Cook on high about 2 hours, stirring occasionally, more when it starts to thicken.
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat well, add about 1 cup hot pudding, again stirring well. Add to cp, stirring well. Cook an additional 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and enjoy. I serve with sweetened strawberries, or plain.
