Pressure Cooker Question
My old electric pressure cooker died. Does ANYBODY make one that doesn't come with Teflon? Are they all digital now? Dang, the world has moved on and left me behind. :E

I did buy a horribly expensive one at an RV show a few years ago and never learned to use it. Guess now is the time.

The old/new ones don't seem all that different except for some changes in the pressure valve. That's just an observation, not fist hand experience. We have 3 all together and I still prefer the old rattle weight. The only thing about the one we have is the size.
Ad an old journeyman electrician I'm never comfortable with an electronic board doing my thinking for me.:B
