Pressure Cooker Question
My old electric pressure cooker died. Does ANYBODY make one that doesn't come with Teflon? Are they all digital now? Dang, the world has moved on and left me behind. :E

please excuse my ignorance - what do you use a pressure cooker for? I've never used one (or felt the need for one). What am I missing out on?? I have purchased (or been given) so many kitchen appliances that I end up either giving away or donating from non-use.
years ago, my MIL gave me an old one with no instructions, after years of storing it, I donated it. We never had the kind of relationship that I could ask, without taking abuse for not knowing what to do with it.
