Pressure Cooker Question
My old electric pressure cooker died. Does ANYBODY make one that doesn't come with Teflon? Are they all digital now? Dang, the world has moved on and left me behind. :E

We bought this one and cooked some ribs today. They were in pieces using the meat selection but still good. I'm sure there's going to be a learning curve. I bought it on Amazon along with a couple of the suggested cookbooks. Another problem with that. I can't read them. Does anybody make a large print pressure cookbook?
p.s. If I'd had this appliance when our kids were little, they would've wanted to borrow it to play SPACESHIP with GI Joe and Barbie. :B It sure looks different.
