Salmon - Tonight's dinner
Put some salmon in the brine this morning before work for tonight's dinner. Just before it goes in the smoker I also add some rub.

My special finishing glaze of brown sugar, honey and maple syrup.

Ready for the table.

Served with fresh green beans and Saffron rice.

,and using a fish grill place a slice of lemon and a sprig of dill on each side and either cook over a campfire or grill constantly basting with melted butter, that'll bring em' in off the river!!
