Easy treat. If don't like peanut butter, add a package of chocolate chips and make chocolate fudge. You can also add about 8-10 regular marshmallows cut into 4 pieces each.
Skillet fudge
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 z.) jar chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
In electric skillet combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Set control at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir constantly, boil 5 minutes. Turn off heat; add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted and peanut butter is blended. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Makes 50-60 pieces.
