- filrupmarkExplorerWe had a boneless Cajun stuffed chicken . Stuffed with crawfish and cornbread dressing. Very Good.
- jkmcmomExplorerWe have spent many Christmases with another couple. For our Christmas meal we do fondue. We have Guiness cheese fondue with all types of veggies plus some roast beef for dipping. And then dessert is chocolate fondue!
- SwanInWAExplorerWe stayed home for Christmas and did a huge Prime Rib dinner with the family (all fun -- NO drama!). If we HAD gone away, we'd have made a simple yet traditional camping meal -- BBQ'd rib eyes with rice pilaf, grilled veggies and pie iron apple pie w/ice cream. YUM.
- Us_out_WestExplorerTurned out just as we were hoping. Med. rare, juicy and delicious.
Put the potatoes in to late so cooked another 15 min. while the main course was resting. - Us_out_WestExplorer
After 1 hour in the Nuwave.
Flipped and added potatoes...45 min. to go.
More tomorrow. :) - Us_out_WestExplorerXmas dinner is underway;

Results later..... - Us_out_WestExplorerWell we decided!!
Picked up a bone in Prime Rib today at the butcher shop (that would be Fry's here in Casa Grande).
Baked potatoes butter/sour cream, cranberry sauce,green bean casserole and some kind of pie. There is just 2 of us so that should be enough.
Salivating as I type.
Did I mention a good bottle of wine?
Merry Christmas everyone. - NYCgrrlExplorerHaven't RV'd on any winter holiday yet but have cooked a turkey hotel breast on a Weber a few times. Seasoning brined, air dried and vacuum packed at home, all I need to do is add fresh seasoning on site.
Currently partial to sage leaves and butter under the skin of the breast and thighs.
Stuffing muffins, sauteed green beans, salad and a new to me parsnip and carrot gratin recipe courtesy of a cyber friend could fill out the main course.
A flan, or apple kuchen or tarte tatin cooked in a CI skillet would make a nice end of meal topped with whipped cream made in a jar. - jnharleyExplorerPrime Rib on the smoker is our favorite. Throw in some pecan pie and we are happy.
- PRodacyExplorerPosole and tamales!
