i know the OP said for 'brick and mortar' but we are traveling over 10 months of the year so the above is our answer to wood fired pizza.
And I was only asking about one for the home because we're still a ways off from retiring and full timing.
And umm....where is my invite? That looks good, really good. I want one for home because you can do steaks, breads, chickens, roasts, tri-tips, and almost anything else that you can think of in one.
I'm set on the Forno Bravo oven, and know that if we get one, that'll be the one, just seeing if anybody has a pizza oven and what they think about it.
