Andy was humanely euthanized this morning. My vet was most compassionate and understanding. Andy could not have gotten better and is now relieved of his pain and suffering. Today is the feast day of St. Andrew, the patron saint of Scotland, home of collies and shelties. A most appropriate day for Andy to leave this world and enter the next. Thanks to all of you for your compassion.
