Info on Canadian online pharmacies for pet meds

Have you ever heard of the state discount drug cards? They can be used for human or pet medications. You may have to hunt, but if you do a google search for "discount drugs in FL" it should come up. It is a printable card sponsored by the state that can be used for a discount at the pharmacies. If you can't find it that way, go directly to your state website and search. It should there so you can print it out. I have used ours and it reduced the cost of drugs we needed ( in our case antibiotics). There is also one that is America's Drug Card which is a prescription discount card. I use this one when we are not in our home state and it has worked in various states. www.America'sDrugCard.org

Several years ago I had an older pup with liver problems. He took a human drug (can't remember the name) that was $600/mo from Walgreens,$300/month from Walmart and $40 from a canadian pharmacy. I was widowed and couldn't begin to afford the higher costs, so Canada it was! We used it for 2 years until he passed, and had a great quality of life thanks to that option!

My late husband had glioblastoma brain cancer. His meds were $6,000 per month! If insurance hadn't paid I'd have gone to Canada for them!

Several years ago I had a dachshund with Cushings. His Rx was for selegiline that ran about $15 for a months supply of generic. Then the generic was NLA and the brand name was over $100 for a 30 day supply. I found CanadaDrugs.com as others have mentioned and was able to get his meds for around $30. Never had a problem with the quality of the meds - at least back then.

Be careful of what websites you get on because 8 years ago I got hit with a huge amount of spam, plus a virus.

I buy my prescription for acid reflux from Canada Drugs I chose them because they list the country of manufacturer for the medicines they sell. (My insurance copay was $110 for 90 days supply - no generic equavilant in the US. The generic equavilent, made in Canada, from Canada Drugs is $60 US for 100 tablets.)

The cat is far from a lost cause. He has greatly improved since taking the medication...and she wants to keep him that way.
