- RoyBExplorer IIWhat I did was bring along One Dish with a dual port head and two SAT RCVRS and two long RG cables.
Then I ran one RG CABLE to each SAT RCVR ANT INPUT...
Then I came out of the SAT RCVR VIDEO OUTPUT to a video input on each TV INPUT.
This way I can watch separate SAT TV Channel STATIONs on the Front TV and the Back TV.
Using the VIDEO INPUTS you can easily switch back to the trailer CABLE TV by using the TV remote...
Roy Ken - bob_nestorExplorer IIII may very well be wrong, but I thought the receiver actually sent something up to the receiver horn on the dish - power or signal. If that's the case I don't see how you could connect two receivers to the same dish on a single cable without some special connector provided by DishTv.
It's been some time since I installed my dish antenna, but I thought there was the capability to run multiple receivers off it but only by running coax from each receiver to the horn on the dish. I have both DirecTv and DishTV antennas installed on my roof but I only use one service, so I may be confusing the two though. - newman_fulltimeExplorer IIWith a 625 received you can run the cable to two tv's just tie into your ant wire cable to the bedroom
- LinedogExplorerI know Dish has spitters that install behind the receiver that will send the same signal to 2 TV's.
- donn0128Explorer IIProbably not. At least not with a 99 cent radio shack splitter.
