I showed up on time only to find out that they didn't actually have the gear to mount the tires but they contracted it out. At 10 am, I was told he would be there by 1130. At noon I was told 2 pm. To add to the insult, they were closing the Beach Blvd location so there was an army of personnel moving things out (almost took my new tires) to the new store in N, Jacksonville. I really had to work to get somebody to answer my questions.

I am truly sorry for your trouble. I live within a 45 minute drive to the CW in Asheville and yet I choose to drive 90 minutes to a great RV dealer in Marion NC.
While at the Grand Canyon (south rim)on a trip to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona I noticed some problem tires and decided that they needed to be replaced. I called the Discount Tire in Flagstaff, set an appointment to stop there on my way to Sedona. I arrived at the appointed time and they put two guys on the job, jacked up my TT in their parking lot, pulled the old - installed the new, mounted and balanced just as I had discussed with them....no problems, no drama just great performance and customer service.....
WHY o Why would you fool around with the incompetents at CW.......just a careful read of this site as well as any other RV website should frighten you sufficiently to avoid CW like the plague.
