Create a Query with the two fields you want to sort on (plus any other fields you need). Have each field market to sort. The Query will sort on the first field first and then the second field within the first.
There are a number of YouTube videos that show how to use Access. If you do torrents you may be able to get the full access course (several hours long) by Lynda.com
There are a number of Music Database Software (some free). They are designed for CDs. I assume they work with your tapes. Do a Google.
