My Toshiba laptop had a bad video card, I had it repaired and six months later it did it again so I trashed it.
Listen to the beeps when it attempts loading and starting.
These are error codes (Posting)that will tell you what's wrong.
You will have to do a search for the meaning of these for your particular model.
