- MrWizardModeratorIDK about ATT lte roaming
but that was not the question
roaming on a pardner network
is not the same thing as activating a branded device on a different carrier technology - RLS7201Explorer II

NO..
Tmo and ATT uses GSM/GRS/HSPA ?
VZW and Sprint use CDMA/EV/LTE
some Sprint devices can be made to wprk on VZW by changing certain 'parameters' on their internal settings
you might be able to use an ATT hotspot on Tmo
once it was 'correctly' setup
BUT! 4G LTE is a standard of it's own.
I have personally roamed on AT&T with my 4620L Verizon 4G LTE hot spot.
This was while we were in Big Bend TX., where Verizon didn't exist.
