The best $25 I spent was for a satellite signal strength meter. I have been able to tune in my dish in places I thought were hopeless. Maybe had to settle for a 72% signal as opposed to 95+, but that is better than zero signal.
No movement on the needle, the light is on and if I adjust the DB gain up the needle will move. Played with it again today and got frustrated so I packed the dish away, I will try again next week after work.
