JMO but you're overthinking this. ;) If it's hot enough to do so I run A/C but leave the bathroom vent open for ventilation, along with running a fan directed where the dog usually chills out when he's inside the camper, along with the radio running at low volume to distract him from any outside noises. If loss of shore power that would disable the A/C is a concern power a 120 vac fan with an inverter ... as long as shore power is available the trailer's converter will power the inverter but if shore power is lost the fan will continue to run with the battery powering the inverter - your dog will survive just fine. :B If you want to worry about something worry about brief shore power interruptions that will over time destroy your A/C if you're not also using an EMS with time delay that's designed to prevent this. ;)
