I read that Propertiory Controls with a smile because most of them are very close to standard. Residential T-Stats generally do not have a HIGH/LO switch for the blower but one can easily add it next to a T-Stat. But they all work on "open/Closed" switch .. the only issue is power to the T-Stat. Many do not like DC they want 24VAC. and in fact insist on it.
That said the Smart Stat with a proper power source can be added in ADDITION to the RV-T-stat. as a "Stand alone" device NOT connected to the HEVAC system.
And still send the alert.. I think that plan would work very well.
