the OP is using a 'Flip' NON-SMART, no gmail to use
IF i understand this correctly, she is using MMS (multi-media-messaging)
to send a photo to gmail, but MSN is not accepting, mms input
the attached image does not arrive
M$ has always been a little persnickety, and has changed from hotmail to MSN mail, and then something else and back
always the protocols change a little each time
i would forget about MSN, send my pictures to gmail, and NOT worry about MSN
but maybe all her contacts she wants to forward the picture too, are on her msn account, not her gmail account
